Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop – Dobbs Ferry, New York

We are honored to be hosting the third Jonathan Greenfield Memorial Wim Hof workshop in Dobbs Ferry, NY!

Jonathan founded Breathe 4 ALS with the dual mission of spreading the word about the benefits of the Wim Hof method as a way to improve the lives of people living with ALS and raising money for ALS research.

This special event will be held at a private residence in Dobbs Ferry, NY and led by Michael Christoforo. The in-person attendees will be limited to 30 people.

Michael will teach the science behind this revolutionary modality, the fundamental breath exercises and opportunity to experience the benefits of cold exposure – AKA an Ice Bath. Note: the Ice Bath is strictly optional for participants.

In-person participation donation is $225 per person. Participants will receive a copy of Jonathan’s coffee table book “90’s & 00’s In North America” as well as a Breathe for ALS beanie.
