Guests will begin with a guided meditation focused on relaxation\, breathwork\, and mental reset. An optional ice bath experience led by Michael Christoforo will follow for those who want to take on a guided physical and mental challenge in a safe environment. \nAttendees can expect a welcoming\, supportive atmosphere centered on connection and personal growth.
